just some fun everyday talk between us and our little boy. he is so fun.

mommy: porter, you are so smart!
porter: mommy, you are so smart too. you are so smart, too.

porter: daddy, do you want to race me?

porter: mommy, do you want to play with porter?

mommy: porter it's time to get out of the bath, we need to go bye-bye.
porter: okay, do you want to go to the gym or to the dinosaur bones?
mommy: no, we need to go run errands. at the store.
porter: gym... or dinosaur bones?

daddy: hold on porter, daddy needs to get a drink.
porter: (opens refrigerator and points) do you want this juice daddy, or this juice?

mommy: porter go upstairs and get your shoes of porter's big boy bed so we can go outside.
10 minutes later he still isn't back... mommy goes upstairs to check on porter
porter: (sitting on his bed, all the folded laundry is unfolded and strewn across the room. a sad, defeated look on his little face.)
mommy: what happened?
porter: i can't find them.

mommy, pouring a drink for porter...
porter: be careful mommy, don't spill

daddy: porter, what do you want to do today?
porter: go to ashy and zachy's.... or.... maylee and spencers?

mommy notices porter watching her brush her teeth, so she starts making funny noises.
porter: mommy, you are silly.

porter, to mommy's tummy: hi, baby brother.

mommy, vacuuming.
porter: mommy, that's loud. stop it.

porter at church: mommy, balooons are up there! (pointing to ceiling in gym) i LOVE baloons. how are we going to get them?
mommy: no, they are too high. mommy can't reach. can you reach?
porter: no, i need a ladder.
