Kids 1st Camping Trip

We took the kids on their first family camping trip this weekend!  We went to Cascade Springs.  I think the kids loved it.  Their first love was the bumpy off road trip in the FJ.  They were laughing over all the bumps, and dancing and singing along to "Dirtybit".  Porter was really helpful unloading the car and setting up camp.  He helped dad collect some firewood, and then we headed off to do some exploring.  The highlights for Porter were definitely roasting marshmallows over the fire, and sleeping in a tent.  He kept asking "is it dark yet?" so we could have a fire, and then after an hour of that "is it bed time yet?"  Tyson just liked all the rocks and dirt.  And if you are wondering if they were really as dirty as they look in the pictures, the answer is no.  It was much worse.  :)
