Last week while Porter was at preschool, Tyson and I were driving in Provo. As we passed the BYU stadium, Tyson started pointing and yelling to get my attention. "Mom, look! Football players!" he was silent for a moment, almost in awe, and then he said with excitement, "I want to go there!" I just laughed, and said you will have to talk to daddy about that. It wasn't more than a minute or two until he began having an imaginary phone conversation with his dad, which I caught some of on camera.
Jared laughed watching the video, and two days later when one of his brothers called and said he had 2 free extra tickets, he had to take his boys to the game. That was his intention, however, Porter had no desire to go to the football game. Tyson on the other hand was super excited and ran and put on his BYU jersey. Jared said that he sat on his lap the entire time and loved the environment. For a week now, he has been chanting the BYU cheer. It's pretty cute. I didn't catch his best performance, but you get the idea.
I'm so grateful for the sweet little boy, and his independent little personality!

That was SO cute! I can't believe that he can love sports that much at his age. Plus that is amazing that he could actually sit still for an entire BYU game. Love it!
