Dear Porter,

I love that you bring me books and want me to read them to you. I am amazed how you are learning so much these days. I can ask you to find the soccer ball, the bird, the baby, the shoes, the apple, the banana, etc. and you will find it in your books. Mommy and daddy spent 30 minutes of their date last night shopping for new books for you. Hope you like them as much as all the rest. I am sorry that I have to hide them from you sometimes, but we have to do a few other things during the day too - like eat and sleep and walk. But I do cherish our time reading books together.
