A warm wintery park day.

Yesterday was a really pretty day, and it was bearable to walk outside so we put on our coats and headed over to the park.  (A really nice day here means 40 degrees woot woot, that the bark is semi visible, and the snow has melted off the slides.)  Porter found some chalk in the garage and managed to grab it before getting into the car.  When we arrived he showed it to me and told me we should play "hop scotch" on the sidewalk like on "Max & Ruby".  Tyson got to go on the swings for the 1st time.  I've decided it is REALLY good for kids to get outside and play for a little while each day, and that is why I am looking forward to Spring.  (Heads up: All pictures and video are from my cell phone, hence the quality!)

This picture just captures our mood... blue skies, warm day, we are going to stretch out our arms and say "ahhh!"

This was Tyson's 1st time on the swing, and you can tell he loved it.

Porter almost instantly requested an "under dog"

He wanted to attempt a snow angel which just wasn't possible with this little patch of snow, but he thought it looked pretty awesome.

Tyson just likes to be outside.
