Reading Time

Porter is learning to read!  It's so fun to see the excitement in him when he is able to read entire books all by himself.  He has such a sense of achievement written across his face.  One of his only homework assignments in kindergarten is to spend time reading each day, either him reading or us reading to him.  So today when he got home from playing at a friends house I had him sit down to read. It was like pulling teeth today, but when he finally finished his last book poor boy just crashed. Being a Kindergartener is hard work.  :)
