The other day a guy came selling apples from his orchard for a pretty good deal. The kids go through apples faster than I can keep up so I thought it was worth it. But man, I had no idea how many apples that would be! We had a hard time figuring out how to get them all into the fridge and still gave some away. So we decided to use some of our apples and make some caramel apples on this fine fall day. Tyson was excited to help, he's been looking forward to it all week. Little does he know, this was the best way to be my big helper. And he still woke up in time to start dipping. :)
